These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including custom cabinet doors, accessories (“Services”). By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from or use our Services.
2. Orders and Custom Products
All our cabinet doors are custom-made based on the measurements, selections, and specifications you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that all submitted information is accurate and complete.

Once your order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled after 24 hours.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements or choices submitted by the customer.
3. Production and Shipping

Estimated production time is 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of The Cabinet Door Store.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:

Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 5 business days of delivery)

Manufacturing defects
To initiate a claim, email us at quote@cabinetdoorstore.ca with photos and a description of the issue.
5. Installation Disclaimer
We are not liable for any damage, injury, or unsatisfactory results due to improper installation or use of tools and materials.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including text, photos, videos, and product designs, is the property of The Cabinet Door Store and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingston Cabinetry Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
