1. Orders: Our cabinetry is made to your specifications and measurements. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items unless there is a manufacturing defect or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products: If your cabinets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a repair at no additional cost to you.

3. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, cancellation may be subject to fees, especially for custom orders that have already been processed.
