Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing The Cabinet Door Store for your cabinet needs! We aim to provide you with the best possible experience, and that includes transparent and reliable shipping. We offer residential LTL delivery across Eastern Ontario. Please review the following information about our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment has been received and cleared. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the size and weight of the order. You will be able to view shipping costs before completing your purchase at checkout. 

3. Shipping Methods

We use our trusted partners at ShipCanada to handle our packages. Delivered on a skid, to your residential address. This all Canadian business has been instrumental in distributing our products on time and without incident. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can follow its progress. Please contact us prior to or following your order if you would prefer pick up your order at a local ShipCanada terminal. 

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your order, location and the type of shipping method chosen. Generally, delivery times from the point of order are:

  • Accessories: 4-6 business days
  • Custom Cabinet Doors: 3-6 weeks from order to delivery. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, holidays, or delays from our suppliers. 

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but accidents can happen. If your items are damaged during transit or if any parts are missing, please contact us immediately at (613)583-6831 or quote@cabinetdoorstore.ca. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you get a replacement or refund.

6. Address Accuracy, Rescheduling. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, additional fees may apply for delivery re-scheduling < 7 days from planned delivery date. Additional delivery fees will apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
