Yes; our partners at ShipCanada will deliver your order on a pallet as curb-side delivery. Someone will need to be present to receive this order and take the doors inside. If you live in an apartment or would rather pick up your order from a ShipCanada location – let us know. Available in most major cities across the country. A: Absolutely; simply select the free pickup option upon checkout, or team will contact you with an estimated pick up date and time; and further confirm this a minimum of two weeks prior to the date. Located at 683 Gardinders Road, Kingston ON.
Payments
Payment is required in full to process the order.
Our online store allows for credit, debit and PayPal payments. If preferred; please contact us to organize payment by cheque or electronic transfer.
Returns
For any inconsistency to the invoice- please let us know and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
We hold a minor variance allowance on custom products.
A: If your cabinets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a repair at no additional cost to you.
Our cabinetry is made to your specifications and measurements. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items unless there is a manufacturing defect or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.
We require the purchaser of the items to guarantee all sizing prior to order confirmation.
